Hace tres semanas nos dimos cuenta que era imposible que pudieramos terminar Ba-Boon!, el juego de puzzles en el que estabamos trabajando, para llegar a la fecha final del MSXdev'09. Aunque prácticamente el motor del juego está terminado, no había tiempo para testearlo debidamente y para ajustar la dificultad de la gran cantidad de pantallas que queremos incluir para este título. Así que decidimos posponerlo para intentar poder presentar otro proyecto a tiempo al concurso.Es por ello que nos pusimos a trabajar a destajo en un proyecto que teníamos ya desarrollado en parte y que consideramos que podíamos llegar. ¡A falta de menos de dos días para el cierre del concurso, el juego se encuentra prácticamente cerrado, así que tocará trabajar duro! ¡Esperemos que os guste, prometemos que será un juego muy divertido, ya lo veréis!.
Three weeks ago we realized that we wouldn't be able to finish Ba-Boon!, our wip puzzle game, on time for the yearly contest MSXdev'09. Although the main game engine is done, there was no time for testing it properly neither to balance the huge number of stages we want to include in this game. So we decided to delay it in order to try to enter the contest with another project.
That's why we started to work hard on a project that we've been already working on but was not finished, so we can give it a go, and finish it for the contest. There is less than a couple of days before the contest, and the game is practically done, so we must still work hard until tomorrow! We hope you like the game, we promise it will be a funny one!
